Super-high definition 3D Cameras :: Face recognition

The single 3D image taken is a straight-on view of a face with one finger held in front of the lower left chin.

These 3D images were taken with a single shot and do not contain any frame/shot averaging. The points were then connected into a shell to present a better perspective when the image is rotated. These 3D images have been rotated by 45 or 90 degrees and clearly show distinctive facial features. A commercial digital camera took the visible image.
